  Program Description: This advanced doubles clinic is designed for players rated 4.0 and above who are looking to elevate their doubles game through high-level instruction and tactical training. Players will focus on advanced doubles strategies, court positioning, partner communication, and decision-making in competitive situations. Sessions will cover topics such as poaching, serving and returning patterns, net play, transition tactics, and point construction. Through a combination of intensive drills, situational exercises, and live point play, participants will develop the skills and confidence needed to compete more effectively in league, tournament, and club match play.

Each week will focus on a specific tactical theme, such as point construction, exploiting opponent weaknesses, transitioning from defense to offense, controlling court positioning, and creating high-percentage opportunities to finish points. Players will learn how to recognize patterns of play, adapt strategies based on their opponent's strengths and weaknesses, and make smarter decisions under pressure. Sessions will combine coach-led instruction, tactical drills, situational point play, and competitive live-ball exercises to reinforce concepts in realistic match scenarios.

  Program Description:  These classes are designed to enhance on-court performance while supporting injury prevention and improving overall mobility. Each session incorporates a balanced mix of strength training and dynamic plyometric and ballistic movements, all tailored to the specific demands of tennis. Players will develop greater power, agility, and movement efficiency, helping them move more effectively, and reduce the risk of injury. Fitness class should allow participants to perform with greater consistency and confidence during matches.

  Participants may not be asked to hit balls depending on the lesson plan.
