  • Registration will begin exactly 48 hours before the Round Robin start time and are a members only offering. 

  • Players can register by emailing info@calgarytennisclub.com or calling the clubhouse (403-244-5302). The registration sheet will record each person’s name, contact info, and skill level to best create balance on court. Please include all the listed information in your email.

  • Walk-ins may not be accepted, players are expected to register in advance for each session. 

  • The sessions are 90 minutes point play sessions. Players will rotate with players on court playing point in a top-dog style format. Sessions are feeding and rallying based for more fun and engagement. 
  • Once we hit the max number of players, we will begin a waitlist. If those players do not make it on to the round robin, they will have priority for the next week.
  • Registrants are asked not to show up prior to the start of the Round Robin. Players are asked to not tag up directly proceeding the Round Robin.  This allows for fair court utilization for all players. 
  • Players are required to leave tags at the desk upon check-in, they will be returned after the end of the session. 
  • Round Robins must bring their own balls, the club will not provide them. 
  • Format is subject to change based on player attendance.
