Round Robins will be cancelled on the following evenings when we are hosting Interclub matches. Interclub will let the club know if mid-May.

  • Registration will begin exactly 48 hours before the Round Robin start time. Players can register by emailing info@calgarytennisclub.com or calling the clubhouse (403-244-5302). The registration sheet will record each person’s name, contact info, and skill level to best create balance on court. Please include all the listed information in your email.

  • Walk-ins may not be accepted, players are expected to register in advance for best results. 

  • The sessions are 90 minutes each (3 rounds) so each person will play at least 2 games of 30 minutes.
  • Once we hit the max number of players, we will begin a waitlist. If those players do not make it on to the round robin, they will have priority for the next week.
  • Registrants are asked not to show up early to take up court space. You may play after if courts are available through the regular tagging up process.
  • Round Robins must bring their own balls, the club will not provide them.
