Program Description: These classes are designed to enhance on-court performance while supporting injury prevention and improving overall mobility. Each session incorporates a balanced mix of strength training and dynamic plyometric and ballistic movements, all tailored to the specific demands of tennis. Players will develop greater power, agility, and movement efficiency, helping them move more effectively, and reduce the risk of injury. Fitness class should allow participants to perform with greater consistency and confidence during matches.
Terms & Conditions: Players not meeting the proper skill requirement could be removed or reassigned to another class. You will receive 50% of your fees back if you cancel 7 or more days before your clinic begins. If you cancel within 7 days of your clinic there is no refund. If you class is rained out refunds will be processed on Friday. Refunds can take up to 7-business days before they appear on your credit card.
